How do I change my website?

Open the editor from my.kwipps.com, write what you want changed in plain words, check the draft in the preview, and press Publish; every version is kept, so you can go back to any of them.

Updated 27 September 2026

You change your website by asking, the way you would ask a person: "Change the opening hours on the contact page", "Add a page for the terrace", "Make the headline warmer". The editor makes the change and shows you exactly what it did.

Make a change

  1. Go to my.kwipps.com and press my.kwipps.com › Home › Open the editor on your business's card.
  2. Choose the page in the list at the top of the preview, then type what you want in the box and press Send.
  3. The preview shows the draft, marked "Draft preview — not live yet". Visitors still see the published website.
  4. Ask for more changes, or press The editor › Publish to make them live.

Change a photograph

  1. In the editor, open The editor › Photos.
  2. Press Upload yours on the photo to replace. JPEG, PNG and WebP up to 15 MB.

Go back to an earlier version

  1. Open The editor › History. Every version is listed; the newest is live.
  2. Press Restore on the one you want. It becomes a draft; press Publish to make it live.

How many changes a month

Each request you send counts as one change, however much it touches; a new page counts as five. Uploading photos, restoring and publishing do not count. The Website plan includes 10 a month (and up to five pages), Business 40 and Pro 100; they start again on the 1st. The editor shows how many are left, and so does my.kwipps.com › Plan and billing. The Tools plan has no website, so no editor.
