Which plan do I need, and what does each one include?

Every plan is monthly, with no setup fee, and you can cancel any time. There is no commission and no fee per booking.

Website — CHF 14.99 a month

• Your website, up to 5 pages, on your own address (.ch or .com)

Business — CHF 24.99 a month

• Everything in Website, with unlimited pages
• The tools for your trade: for a restaurant, Tonight, Floor, Guests, Menu, Wine, What's on and Bookings; for a hotel, Today, Stays, Rooms, Rates, Guests, Channels and Policies
• Online payments: card deposits and orders for collection
• The booking widget and the API
• 3 logins and 3 email addresses
• 40 changes a month
• 100 text messages a month to guests

Pro — CHF 34.99 a month

• Everything in Business
• Unlimited logins and 10 email addresses
• A second address (set up by us: write to us for it)
• 100 changes a month
• 100 text messages a month to guests

Tools — CHF 19.99 a month

• The same tools and online payments as Business, for a business that keeps the website it already has
• Your booking page and menu at a Kwipps address, to link from your own website; the widget and the API
• 3 logins
• 100 text messages a month to guests
• No website, no address and no email addresses

Text messages to guests

Tools, Business and Pro include 100 text messages a month; the Website plan has none. They are for restaurants and appointment businesses: a guest who ticks "text me" when booking gets the confirmation and a reminder the day before by text, as well as by email. Hotel guests receive emails only. Texts are switched on under Console › Bookings › Text messages.

• Texts go only to guests who asked for them. You are responsible for having your guests' consent, including for bookings you enter yourself.
• Need more than 100 in a month? Buy a text pack: CHF 5 for 50 texts (CHF 0.10 a text), in steps of CHF 5, paid once by card. Pack texts do not expire, and a pack is not refunded once its texts are used.
• When the included texts and your packs are used up, texts pause until the 1st of the next month or a new pack. Emails carry on as usual.

Before you choose
