Where do messages from my website's contact form arrive?
In Console › Messages — everything sent through your website's contact form and every question about an event; we also email you each one, and you reply from your own email.
Updated 27 September 2026
Every message somebody writes through your own website lands in the console, and we email you at the same time, so nothing waits unseen.
Read your messages
- Go to Console › Messages. The console's home screen shows how many are waiting for a reply.
- Each message shows who wrote, their email and telephone, the page they sent it from, and when.
- Press Mark as read once you have dealt with it (or Mark as unread to keep it in view).
- Messages that look like spam go to Filtered, with the reason. Look there if you are expecting something that has not arrived.
Reply
Press the sender's email address or telephone number to answer from your own email or phone. The console has no reply box, so your conversation stays in your own mailbox.
