Under Console › What's on, press "Add something", describe the event, choose how people answer — ask, book a table or buy tickets elsewhere — tick "Show it on the website" and save.

What's on lists your special evenings — a tasting, live music, a set menu for a holiday — on your website.
Add an event
- Go to Console › What's on and press Add something.
- Fill in What is it?, the First day and the Time (empty means all day), and a last day and end time if it runs longer.
- Add a price per person (0 for free, empty to say nothing), and the number of places if they are limited.
- Write One line, for the card, and more for the event's own page if you like. Add a photograph: Find a photograph searches a free photo library.
- Under How can people answer?, choose Ask us about it, Book a table, Buy tickets elsewhere (with the ticket address) or No answer needed.
- Tick Show it on the website and press Save.
Questions about an event arrive under Console › Messages. Once an event is over it comes off the website by itself and moves to Been and gone.
