How do I set when guests can book a table?

Under Console › Bookings, choose the days you serve, the last seating and how often a table can start, then how long a table is theirs, how many you keep back, and the biggest party, notice and days ahead.

Updated 27 September 2026

The times guests can book are set in one place, Console › Bookings. Your opening hours under Settings are what your website shows; the booking form only offers the times set here. Changing any of this never touches a booking you have already taken.

Set the times

  1. Go to Console › Bookings.
  2. Under Days you serve, pick the days, then the first time and the last seating — the last table you will seat, not when the kitchen shuts.
  3. Choose A table every 15, 30 or 60 minutes. With 30, a 18:00–21:30 service offers 18:00, 18:30 and so on.
  4. Under Your room, give how many tables you have of each size. This arithmetic decides how many bookings you are offered.
  5. Set How long a table is theirs: with 90 minutes, a 20:00 booking keeps its table until 21:30.
  6. Set how many tables are Kept back for walk-ins. They are never offered online.
  7. Press Save.

Set the limits

  1. Biggest party online — larger groups are asked to telephone.
  2. Notice you need — in hours; two hours unless you change it.
  3. Take bookings up to — how many days ahead.
  4. Forget a guest after — how many months without a visit before a guest's name, number and notes are deleted. The booking stays, with its date and party size.
  5. Press Save.

The panel What that means on the right sums it up: tables and seats in the room, how many are offered online, and the biggest party that fits.
