Can website bookings be confirmed without me?
Yes — turn on "Confirm at once" under Console › Bookings; a booking your free tables can seat is confirmed the moment it arrives, and anything else still comes to you as a request.
Updated 27 September 2026
Confirm at once is off unless you switch it on. With it off, every website booking waits for your answer.
Switch it on
- Go to Console › Bookings.
- Turn on Confirm at once.
- Press Save.
What happens then
- A booking from your website is checked against your tables at that time, leaving out the ones you keep back for walk-ins.
- If a free table can seat the party, the booking is confirmed straight away: the guest gets their confirmation, you get an email saying so, and the card on Tonight is marked Booked at once.
- If no free table can seat them, the booking comes to you as a request, exactly as before.
- With no tables drawn, every booking the form allows is confirmed.
A booking confirmed this way is like any other: you can move it, seat it or cancel it on Tonight.
