How do I add a phone booking or a walk-in?
Press "+ New booking" on Console › Tonight, fill in the date, time, people and name, and press "Add to the diary" — it is confirmed at once, and "Walk-in, now" seats a party straight away.

Most bookings still arrive by telephone. Put them in the same diary as the website's, so the covers, the room and the guest book are right.
Add a booking
- Go to Console › Tonight › + New booking.
- Fill in the Date, Time, People, Name and Telephone. The email address is optional; the Notes are for allergies, a birthday, a pushchair.
- If you have drawn your floor plan, choose the Table now or later.
- Tick Email them a confirmation if you have their email address.
- Press Add to the diary. A booking you take yourself is confirmed at once.
A walk-in
Press Walk-in, now: the date and time are set to now and Sit them down now is ticked. Choose the table and press Add to the diary. The booking is marked Walk-in; a telephone booking is marked By phone.
