Where do I see my guests, their allergies and their visits?
Console › Guests is your guest book, built from every booking — search it, filter regulars, VIPs, allergies and no-shows, add notes, merge two records of the same person, or download a guest's record.

You never type a guest in: the guest book fills itself from bookings, the website's and yours.
Find a guest
- Go to Console › Guests.
- Search by name, phone or email, or filter: All, Regulars (three visits or more), VIP, Allergies, No-shows.
- Open a guest to see every time they came and what they ordered to collect.
Add what the room should know
- In the guest's record, fill in Allergies, Preferences and Your notes, and tick VIP if they are.
- Press Save.
Two records for one person
- Open one of them and find Two records, one person?
- Choose the other record and press the merge button. It cannot be undone.
A guest asks for their data, or to be forgotten
- Download their record gives you everything held about them, notes included, as a file to send them.
- Delete this guest removes them.
