How do I draw my floor plan and tables?
On a laptop, open Console › Floor, drag tables from the left onto the room, set each one's number, seats and whether it can be booked online, and press Save layout.

The floor plan is yours alone: guests are never told which table they will have. It lets Tonight show who is sitting where, lets you seat parties by dragging them onto a table, and stops two parties being given the same table at the same time.
Draw the room
- Open Console › Floor on a laptop or a tablet. On a phone you see the room as it is, but drawing is a job for a bigger screen.
- Drag tables from the left — Round, Square, Long or Other — onto the room.
- Pick a table to change it on the right: its Number, its Seats, the Smallest party it takes (so a request for two does not land on your ten-seater), its Shape and its Area ("Window", "Terrace").
- Turn off Offered online to keep a table for walk-ins and the telephone. Mark it Step-free if it is.
- Under Pushes together with, tick the tables it can be joined to for a bigger party. They still work on their own.
- Press Save layout. Nothing is saved until you do.
Several rooms
Press + Add floor above the room for a terrace or an upstairs room, and double-click a floor's name to rename it.
