How do orders for collection work?
Switch on "Take orders for collection" under Console › Settings › Ordering; orders then arrive under Console › Orders, where you mark them ready and collected — and you can take one by telephone with "Take an order".

Guests order from your menu on your website and collect at the counter. Kwipps does not do delivery, kitchen printing or stock.
Switch it on
- Go to Console › Settings › Ordering.
- Tick Take orders for collection, set the Minutes you need to prepare an order, and write A line for the order page if you like.
- Press Save.
Handle an order
- New orders arrive under Console › Orders, in To do. Each shows what was ordered, when it will be collected, and whether it is paid or to be paid on collection.
- Press Ready when it is ready, and Collected when it has gone. It moves to Done.
- To change an order, press Change: the console shows the difference first. A lower total is refunded to the card; a higher one is collected at the counter.
- To cancel, press Cancel — for a paid order, the button refunds the payment too.
Take an order by telephone
- In Console › Orders, press Take an order.
- Choose the dishes, fill in the name, telephone, email for the receipt, the day and time of collection and anything the kitchen should know.
- Choose They pay when they collect, or Email them a payment link.
- Press Take the order.
