Where are the month's figures, the HESTA lines and the bookkeeping file?
Under Console › Today › This month — occupancy, average rate, nights by country and the tourist tax, with two downloads: the HESTA lines for the statistics office and the bookkeeping CSV by VAT rate.
Updated 27 September 2026
The month's figures are at the foot of the Today screen, for the current month or any month you choose.
Read the month
- Go to Console › Today › This month.
- Choose the month and press Show.
- You see the occupancy (nights sold over nights you could have sold), the average rate per night sold, the revenue per available room, arrivals and guests, the nights still on the books, and room revenue with extras. Below: Nights by country and Where stays came from.
- The line above the figures gives the tourist tax on stays that began that month.
Download the HESTA lines
- Press Download the HESTA lines (CSV).
- The file has one line per country — arrivals and nights — and a total. Type them into the federal statistics office's form; Kwipps does not send them for you.
The country comes from each guest's two-letter country code. Fill in Country when you take a stay, or let the guest fill it in with online check-in, so nobody lands under "??".
Download the bookkeeping file
- Press Download the bookkeeping (CSV).
- The file lists every charge and payment posted that month — date, stay, guest, invoice, what it was, the amount, the VAT rate and the VAT contained — followed by a summary per VAT rate, the tourist tax, and the payments received. It opens in Excel or Numbers and goes to your bookkeeper as it is.
