How do I stop Booking.com or Airbnb selling a room I have already sold?
Swap calendars under Console › Channels — paste each room's calendar address from Booking.com or Airbnb into Kwipps, and each room's Kwipps address into them; a booking on one site then blocks the room on the others.

Kwipps swaps calendars with the other sites you sell on, room by room. This is calendar sync by iCal: it keeps a room from being sold twice. Prices are not sent — you set them on each site.
Bring their calendars into Kwipps
- On Booking.com: Rates & Availability › Sync calendars › Export calendar gives one address per room. On Airbnb: Calendar › Availability settings › Sync calendars › Export.
- In Kwipps go to Console › Channels › Add a calendar from another site.
- Choose the Room and the Site, paste the address into Their calendar address (iCal, https://…), and press Connect. Kwipps reads it at once and tells you how many bookings it found.
- Repeat for every room. They appear under Your rooms on other sites, with when each was last read.
Kwipps reads every calendar once an hour. To read them now, press Read every calendar now. A night booked there shows striped on your calendar as "Booked elsewhere", and cannot be sold on your website.
Give them your calendars
- Under Console › Channels › Your calendars, for them, each room has its own address. Press Copy.
- Paste it into the other site's "Import calendar" for the same room.
- When a room is booked in Kwipps, the other site blocks it the next time it reads your calendar — how often is up to that site.
A stay appears in a room's calendar once it has a room. Give website bookings their room when you confirm them (open the stay, choose the Room, press Save the change), so the other sites see the room as taken.
Block a room yourself
Under Console › Channels › Blocked by you, choose the room, the First night and the Morning it is free again, add why if you like, and press Block. Your blocks are sent to the other sites too.
