How do I change prices for several days at once?
Open Rates, choose the room type, fill in "Change several days at once" with the dates and the new price, and press Apply — a season is just several days changed together.
Updated 27 September 2026
Every room type has a base price per night, set on its card under Console › Rooms. The price calendar lets you change that price, and the rules for booking, for any run of days. There is nothing else to set up for a season: summer, Christmas or a festival weekend are simply several days changed at once.
Read the price calendar
- Go to Console › Rates › Price calendar.
- Choose the room type in the list above the calendar, and move between months with the arrows.
- Each day shows its price per night and, underneath, how many rooms of that type are still free. The base price is in grey; a price you have changed is in terracotta.
- Small labels show the rules on a day: "min 3" for a minimum stay, "no arr." when guests cannot arrive that day, "no dep." when they cannot leave, and "sell 2" when you sell fewer rooms than you have. A closed day is crossed out.
Change several days at once
- In Console › Rates › Change several days at once, fill in From and To (inclusive). Tapping a day in the calendar fills both with that day.
- Under Days of the week, tick days to change only those (for example Friday and Saturday for a weekend price). Tick none to change every day in the range.
- Fill in only what you want to change: Price per night, Rooms to sell, Minimum stay, or tick Closed, Closed to arrival or Closed to departure. An empty field keeps what is there.
- Press Apply. The console tells you how many days changed, and the calendar shows them at once.
What guests see
Your website's booking form uses these prices and rules straight away: closed days, days closed to arrival or departure, and minimum stays are all respected, and the calendar on the form shows the lowest price per night. A stay you take yourself at the desk or on the telephone is not held to them — you can always book a closed day for a guest you know.
