How do I give a member of staff their own login?
The owner adds them under my.kwipps.com › Account › Who can sign in; they get their own sign-in as a manager, who can run the console and change the website but not see billing, domains or who else can sign in.

Give everybody their own login rather than sharing yours: you can take one away without changing your password, and nobody else can see your billing.
Invite somebody
- As the owner, go to my.kwipps.com › Account › Who can sign in.
- Type their email address and press Send an invitation.
- If they are new to Kwipps, they receive their sign-in details by email and choose their own password the first time. If they already have a Kwipps login, the business is simply added to it.
The list shows each person, and when they last signed in (or that they have not yet).
What a manager can and cannot do
- Can: everything in the console — bookings, stays, guests, the menu, settings — and change the website in the editor.
- Cannot: see or change the plan and billing, domains, email addresses or this list; download the website; create API keys.
Remove somebody
Press Remove next to their name and confirm. They are signed out straight away.
