What can a guest see and do on their own booking page?

Each guest has a private page with their stay, the total and the deposit; from it they can check in online, pay a card deposit and cancel — but changing dates is done by asking you.

Updated 27 September 2026

Every stay booked with an email address has its own private page. Guests reach it from the link in their emails; nobody can find it without the link.

What it shows

The hotel's name, the booking reference and where the stay stands (requested, confirmed, in the house, and so on), the dates with your check-in and check-out times, the guests, the room, the rate, extras, tourist tax, the total, and the deposit with a tick once it is paid. Your telephone number is at the foot. The page speaks the language the guest booked in.

What the guest can do

  1. Check in online, once the stay is confirmed: the registration form, filled in before arrival. See How does online check-in work?
  2. Pay a deposit by card, when the stay is confirmed and a deposit is due. See Can guests pay a deposit by card or TWINT?
  3. Cancel the stay, while it is requested or confirmed. Above the button the page says whether cancelling is free or what may be charged under your terms. You receive an email when a guest cancels; nothing is charged or refunded by itself.

A guest cannot change their dates on the page: a new date is a new price, so they ask you, and you change the stay in the console.

Open the stay from Console › Stays. Under What happened the console shows the guest's own page with a Copy button, for when a guest has lost their email.
